The package was tampered with during delivery
Important: For damaged, wrong or defective products, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Return, replacement or refund may not be accepted in the following cases:

Product is used, damaged or altered by the customer
Original packaging, invoice, manual or accessories are missing
Return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling or installation
Minor color or design difference due to screen display or photography
Product is returned without approval from our support team

To request a return, replacement or refund, please contact our customer support team with complete order details.

5. Return Inspection

Once your return request is approved, the product may need to be returned to us or inspected through our logistics partner. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards and invoice, where applicable.

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is found eligible as per this policy, we will process a replacement or refund.

6. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, wrong or defective and replacement stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement approval depends on product condition, proof submitted by the customer, and stock availability.

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record photos or video and contact our support team immediately.

For faster resolution, we recommend keeping an unboxing video from the start of opening the package.

Warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, physical damage, water damage, electrical issues caused by external factors, or normal wear and tear.
