To request a return, replacement or refund, please contact our customer support team with complete order details.
Once your return request is approved, the product may need to be returned to us or inspected through our logistics partner. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards and invoice, where applicable.
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is found eligible as per this policy, we will process a replacement or refund.
If the product is damaged, wrong or defective and replacement stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement approval depends on product condition, proof submitted by the customer, and stock availability.
Approved refunds are processed after product inspection and approval by our support team.
Return or refund request is reviewed by our support team.
Returned product is inspected after receiving it from the customer.
Approved refund is processed within 5â7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. For COD orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification of customer details.
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If the package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please record photos or video and contact our support team immediately.
For faster resolution, we recommend keeping an unboxing video from the start of opening the package.
Product warranty, if available, will be mentioned on the product page, product packaging or invoice. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product type.
Warranty may not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repair, physical damage, water damage, electrical issues caused by external factors, or normal wear and tear.
